• Attitude delivers Australia wide and Internationally. We use Australia Post and couriers on occasion.
• Postage options are standard, express or in-store pick up.
• Please take care to ensure accuracy when entering the delivery address for your order, especially where orders are addressed to a gift recipient.
• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excludes weekends and public holidays). A delay in shipping may occur for certain products sold online.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your email with your shipping confirmation, please contact us at enquire@attitudeaust.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Please note: due to the current COVID-19 situation in Australia, Australia Post is experiencing some shipping delays.

Returns or exchanges on products can be made within 14 days of purchase. You must provide proof of purchase when requesting a return/exchange.

All merchandise that is returned must be in its original packaging with all labels attached and be unworn.

Products that show signs of use e.g. markings on the sole of a shoe, deodorant/make-up stains on a garment cannot be refunded.

There are no exchanges or returns on products marked as ‘clearance’. Our clearance items are offered as a final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges of face masks, hosiery, underwear or tights due to hygiene and health regulations.

If you purchase the wrong sized garment, we will arrange an exchange for another size if it is available within 7 business days of goods being received. If the size requested is not available, we will offer you an alternative style or a refund at your request. 

We reserve the right to inspect garments to ensure the return policy conditions are met. Therefore, the item/s must be unworn and unwashed in original saleable condition with all labels and tags attached.

At Attitude we are happy to provide an exchange for change of mind within 14 days of purchase. Goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused condition, with all labels and tags attached and packaged for transit so damage does not occur.

Postage/shipping paid on the original items is not refundable.

Return postage on the item from the customer to Attitude is at the customer's expense.

Postage on the new item is at the customer's expense and must be paid before the item can be posted.
