Refund Policy

Returns or exchanges on products can be made within 14 days of purchase. You must provide proof of purchase when requesting a return/exchange.

All merchandise that is returned must be in its original packaging with all labels attached and be unworn.

Products that show signs of use e.g. markings on the sole of a shoe, deodorant/make-up stains on a garment cannot be refunded.

There are no exchanges or returns on products marked as ‘clearance’. Our clearance items are offered as a final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges of face masks, underwear or tights due to hygiene and health regulations.

If you purchase the wrong sized garment, we will arrange an exchange for another size if it is available within 7 business days of goods being received. If the size requested is not available, we will offer you an alternative style or a refund at your request.

We reserve the right to inspect garments to ensure the return policy conditions are met. Therefore, the item/s must be unworn and unwashed in original saleable condition with all labels and tags attached.

At Attitude we are happy to provide an exchange for change of mind within 7 days of purchase. Goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused condition, with all labels and tags attached and packaged for transit so damage does not occur.

Return postage of the item is at the buyers expense and non-refundable.
